1. Website Use and Intellectual Property

Our website is available to users who are at least 18 years old or accessing with parental/guardian supervision. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, product names (such as “Almond Roca”, “Anthon Berg”, “Darrell Lea”), and images are the property of Sweetas Treats or our suppliers and are protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

2. Product Information

2.1 Product Descriptions

We take great care to accurately describe our premium chocolates and candies (including our Cadbury, Baci, and Dutch Licorice selections). However, slight variations in color or appearance may occur. Product weights are approximate.

2.2 Dietary Information

While we provide dietary information for our products (found in our “Dietary” section), customers with severe allergies should contact us before ordering. We handle nuts, dairy, gluten and other allergens in our facility.

2.3 Seasonal Items

Specialty items like our Father’s Day chocolates or bonbonniere gifts are available for limited times and may have different return policies (see Section 6).

3. Ordering and Payment

3.1 Order Process

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline orders for any reason, including suspected fraudulent activity or product availability.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, though orders already placed will be honored at the price quoted at time of purchase.

3.3 Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Payment is processed at time of order. You represent that you have authorization to use your chosen payment method.

3.4 Order Confirmation

You’ll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed. A second email will be sent when your order ships (typically within 1-2 business days, longer during peak seasons).

4. Shipping Policy

4.1 Shipping Areas

We ship worldwide except to certain Asian and remote regions. If we cannot ship to your location, we will notify you promptly.

4.2 Shipping Options

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days after shipping
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after shipping

4.3 Delivery Responsibility

Once shipped, the risk of loss passes to you. We’re not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

Most unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 15 days of delivery. See our Non-Returnable Items below for exceptions.

5.2 Return Process

1. Email [email protected] within 15 days with order details and reason for return
2. Wait for our approval and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
3. Ship items securely to: Sweetas Treats Returns, 3619 County Line Road, Plant City, US 33566

5.3 Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is our error.

5.4 Non-Returnable Items

For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

• Opened or partially consumed products
• Bulk chocolates and bulk candy bar items (due to custom preparation)
• Seasonal items after the holiday (e.g., Father’s Day chocolates)
• Personalized bonbonniere gifts
• Dutch Licorice and other perishable items

6. Customer Responsibilities

6.1 Accurate Information

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Use our site for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Make false or fraudulent orders
• Resell our products without authorization

7. Limitation of Liability

Sweetas Treats shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our maximum liability for any claim related to our products or services is limited to the purchase price you paid.
