We ship our premium chocolates and candies worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions) using reliable carriers to ensure your treats arrive in perfect condition.

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping

🍬 Sweet Tip: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping. During peak seasons (like Father’s Day), processing may take slightly longer.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our products with the same confidence we have in our Anthon Berg specialties and Almond Roca selections. Most unopened items in their original packaging can be returned within 15 days of delivery.

How to Return or Exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days with:
    • Your order number
    • Product name(s) and quantity
    • Reason for return/exchange
    • Photos if item arrived damaged (helpful but not required)
  2. Get Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number
  3. Ship It Back: Package items securely with the RMA number to:

Refund Information:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Exchange Shipping: We’ll cover standard shipping costs for exchanges of defective/wrong items

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

To ensure food safety and quality standards, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened or partially consumed products
  • Bulk chocolates and bulk candy bar items (due to custom preparation)
  • Seasonal items like Father’s Day specialty chocolates after the holiday
  • Personalized bonbonniere gifts
  • Dutch Licorice and other perishable items

🍫 Chocolate Lover’s Note: For international returns, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend choosing DHL/FedEx for tracking. Untraceable packages that don’t reach us cannot be refunded.
