Our Return Promise
We stand behind our products with the same confidence we have in our Cadbury selections and Anthon Berg specialties. Most unopened items in their original packaging can be returned within 15 days of delivery.

How to Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- Product name(s) and quantity
- Reason for return/exchange
- Photos if the item arrived damaged (helpful but not required)
- Get Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number
- Ship It Back: Package items securely and include the RMA number. Ship to: Sweetas Treats Returns

Refund Information
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- Exchange Shipping: We’ll cover standard shipping costs for exchanges of defective/wrong items
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure food safety, we cannot accept returns of:
- Opened or partially consumed products
- Bulk chocolates and bulk candy bar items (due to custom preparation)
- Seasonal items like Father’s Day specialty chocolates after the holiday
- Personalized bonbonniere gifts
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your Almond Roca arrived crushed or you received dark chocolate instead of milk, contact us immediately! We’ll arrange a replacement or refund without requiring return of the original item.
International Returns
For customers outside the U.S., return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Duties/taxes paid on original shipments are non-refundable.
🍫 Chocolate Lover’s Note: We recommend choosing DHL/FedEx for returns as they provide tracking. Untraceable packages that don’t reach us cannot be refunded.
